The word “Nefesh” in hebrew and “Nafs” in arabic can be used to describe ourselves as the kind of self that experiences life, what makes us human. “Nefesh/ nafs ” is what make us alive and connect our soul to our body. The soul is the one that knows We are all connected. The soul is who we are and not what we are. In our yoga and meditation sessions, we will awaken and experience both simultaneously. We will practice yoga with the spirit of the Kundalini with guided meditations that will lead us not just to “our self ” but also to our inner self that already knows. Even if you’ve never done yoga before, you are more than welcome. There will be four session during the festival, where we will experience different meditations, different breathing techniques to see and feel how they affects both “our self” and the soul. I wait for you in our Sacred Space. Sat Nam.

Hi, my name is Keren. I’m a yoga teacher who for the past 8 years has been learning and have taught the therapeutic Iyengar Yoga, Vinjasa Yoga and the practice of the Kundalini. My healing path comes also from Reiki and Theta Healing.
My aim is to connect people to themselves, to each other and live accordingly to my name which means “light of the sun” in few languages. I love opening doors for people through different practices and different places to connect one to another. I had monthly yoga retreats in Sinai, Egypt and other locations around the world in the past few years. I hope to see you in my sessions. Namaste.
