by Luigi Valente e Valentina di Emidio
Acroyoga is a practice that was born about a century ago. Since then, Acroyoga has undergone numerous evolutions, becoming a real practice thanks to Jason Nemer and Jenny Sauer-Klein who in 2003 decided to combine the experience of yoga and the dance with the older yoga in pairs, thus adding the playfulness and power of acrobatic techniques with the ancient knowledge of Thai massage.
We will present a 2-hour Acroyoga workshop with an initial warm-up phase comprising stretching exercises and couple / group games to warm up the participants. Then we will go into the specific Acroyoga where we will eventually divide the participants into different groups according to their level and we will learn different positions, transitions and flows. In the last part, finally, we will make each other a Thai- massage to relax and revitalize the muscles of our body and mind.
